Refund Policy
1. Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below. Requests received after 7 days are not eligible.
2. International (USD) purchases
For purchases made in USD through LemonSqueezy, refunds within 7 days are honored in good faith. If you've used some of the purchased credits, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the credits remaining.
On refund, the credits granted by that purchase are deducted from your balance. If you've already used more credits than you're being refunded for, your balance is reduced to zero (it does not go negative).
3. Indian (INR) purchases
For purchases made in INR through Razorpay, refunds are issued only in the following specific circumstances:
- Technical failure on our end — payment was charged but credits were not added to your account within 24 hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same intended purchase due to a technical error.
- Service unavailability — the platform was inaccessible for a sustained period (more than 48 hours) immediately after your purchase and you could not use the credits you bought.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality, accidental purchase of a larger pack than intended, or any reason after credits from the purchase have been used.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@pathnio.com with:
- Your account email address
- Order ID or transaction reference (from your receipt email)
- Reason for the refund request
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3–7 additional days.
5. Effect of refund on your account
When a refund is processed, the credits granted by that purchase are deducted from your account balance. If your balance has fewer credits than the refund amount (because you've used some), your balance is set to zero. We do not bill you for the difference.
Refunding a purchase does not close your account. You retain your account, any free credits, and any other purchased credits.
6. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may pause your account pending resolution. Please reach out to us at support@pathnio.com — most issues are resolved faster directly.
7. Free credits
The 3 credits granted on signup are free trial credits and have no monetary value. They are not refundable and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
8. Changes to this policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on or after the "Last updated" date at the top. Purchases made earlier are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
